Watumi Festival & Fringe is the first fringe festival in Romania. It takes place between the 22nd and 26th of July in Brasov, in Transylvania. We love and we promote art in all of its forms. Watumi Festival & Fringe is a revolutionary platform, specially designed for newbies in all of its areas, but hey! but we wouldn..t say no to big names from all over the world. So artists of all shapes and sizes are welcome to join the community. The festival is organized by A.S.P.A (Association for Sustaining and Promoting Artists).
